Inspired by the By Any Means film starring Mark Wahlberg and Yahya Abdul-Matteen II, By Any Means: The Album comprises modern reimaginings of 1960s soul classics, musically directed by Pynk Beard and largely recorded at legendary FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The album is bookended with "By Any Means," an original song written by 17-time Oscar nominee Diane Warren, performed by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Isley Brothers and Nashville singer-songwriter David Kushner. Net proceeds benefit the Black Music Action Coalition (BMAC).
